Creating a blackscatter account gives you full access to one of the widest gaming selections available to Filipino players online. Whether you're into spinning slots during your commute in Manila, watching live dealer baccarat tables on a Friday night in Quezon City, or placing a bet on a PBA game during the season, everything is in one place — and everything runs in Philippine Peso.
Registration is completely free. You don't need to deposit anything to create an account. Once you're signed up, you can explore the game lobby, check out the sports betting section, and set up your responsible gaming limits before you ever put a peso in.
The platform works on both desktop and mobile — you can download the app or access it directly from your phone's browser. The experience is the same either way: secure login with OTP verification, SSL-encrypted connections, and your full account history always accessible from your dashboard.
Your blackscatter account also comes with access to responsible gaming tools from day one — deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion if you ever need to take a break. These are built into the account dashboard and available to all players at no charge. Visit the Responsible Gaming page to learn more.
After submitting your registration, you'll receive a confirmation via your registered mobile number or email. An OTP is used to verify your details before the account is activated. This keeps your account secure from the moment it's created.
Once confirmed, log in and browse the full game lobby — slots from leading providers, live casino tables with real dealers, sports betting on basketball, boxing, football, and esports, plus eBingo and online poker. No deposit is needed just to look around.
To enable deposits and withdrawals, you'll need to complete a one-time identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a standard process that protects your account and ensures withdrawals can only go to you.
Once KYC is done, you can fund your account using local Philippine banking options or supported e-wallets. All transactions are in Philippine Peso — no currency conversion, no foreign exchange charges. Deposit minimums are shown in your account.
Before your first session, consider setting a deposit limit from your dashboard. It's a small step that makes a big difference in keeping your gaming enjoyable and within your personal budget. Then pick your game and have fun.
A registered blackscatter account gives you access to all of these:

The blackscatter platform is built for mobile use. Access it from your browser or download the app for Android and iOS. The account experience — deposits, game access, withdrawal requests — is the same on mobile as on desktop.
Registered players are eligible to progress through the blackscatter VIP programme. Higher tiers come with priority processing on withdrawals and other account benefits. See the VIP page for how it works.
Bet on PBA and NBA basketball, boxing (including Filipino champions), football leagues, volleyball, and esports. In-play betting is available on selected events so you can place bets as the action unfolds. Visit the Bet page.
Deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion are available from the moment you register. Set them before your first session. They're free, they take effect immediately, and they're there when you need them.
