blackscatter Terms & Conditions for Filipino Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the blackscatter platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the account holder) and blackscatter.

blackscatter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through your registered account where practicable.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a blackscatter account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. blackscatter strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be excluded, self-excluded, or otherwise prohibited from online gaming under any applicable rule or self-imposed restriction.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may only hold one account on the blackscatter platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate.

Account registration is free. A registered account does not guarantee the right to access all features until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are required to complete identity verification before financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals — can be processed. Verification involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

blackscatter uses KYC verification to protect account holders and to comply with applicable obligations regarding financial transactions. Verification is a one-time process per account. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after a verification request may have deposit and withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. Gameplay access may be retained during this period at blackscatter's discretion.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on the blackscatter platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion, and no foreign exchange fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine online banking and internet banking transfers
• Bank transfers to supported local Philippine banks
• Supported local e-wallets (including GCash and Maya, where available)

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on the blackscatter platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform. Deposit minimums and any applicable conditions are displayed in the payment section of your account. Funds deposited are for gaming use only and are held on behalf of the account holder in accordance with these terms.

blackscatter is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party banking institutions or payment processors. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support through your account with the relevant transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PHP and sent to the verified bank account or supported e-wallet linked to your blackscatter account.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that match your verified account identity.

• blackscatter reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity warrants review.

Once a withdrawal is processed by blackscatter, the time for funds to appear in your bank account or e-wallet depends on the receiving financial institution's own processing schedule, which is outside blackscatter's control.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the blackscatter platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by individual game rules that apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are placed and settled in PHP. Once a bet is confirmed and the round or event has started, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed before you place a bet.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, bets already confirmed will be settled according to the result of the round where technically determinable. In cases where a fair result cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Any attempt to exploit game errors, use automated betting tools, or engage in coordinated behaviour to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

blackscatter may offer bonuses, cashback arrangements, or promotional credits to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated when each offer is made available.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus terms, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and validity periods, will be stated clearly at the time of each offer. No conditions are assumed beyond what is explicitly stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

8 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your blackscatter account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that no other person has access to your account.

• Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone, including persons claiming to be blackscatter staff. blackscatter will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable and do not bypass OTP verification — it is there to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Notify blackscatter support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

blackscatter will not be liable for losses resulting from the account holder's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, except where the breach is due to a failure on the platform's side.

9 Responsible Gaming

blackscatter is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform includes self-management tools available to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a set period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform features
• Use of automated tools, bots, or coordinated multi-account behaviour
• Account holder being under 21 years of age
• At the account holder's own request

Upon closure of an account for breach, any funds held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For voluntary account closure, verified balances will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after any pending transactions are settled.

11 Privacy and Data

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and communication regarding your account. Your data is not sold to third parties.

12 Limitation of Liability

The blackscatter platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond our control.

blackscatter's liability to any account holder in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in the affected account at the time of the relevant incident, except where greater liability is required by applicable law.

blackscatter is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational damage arising from use of or inability to access the platform.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the blackscatter platform. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
